May 21, 2020<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Quite a few of you<\/b> are asking this on various forums. There are also people around 30 and 70 – so I can say for sure that one group would already know the answer to the other \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n

The truth it is, for me the question is always<\/b> what purpose you want to start, or start again, singing, playing the guitar, the cello, and so on.<\/p>\n

For someone to be a professional musician<\/b>, of course, sometime between the ages of 8 and 14, it is worth starting in general. But even here I know singers who started at the age of 16-17 and are often popular artists today.<\/p>\n

The good news is that if you don\u2019t want to graduate, but you want active music to become an ever-possible program<\/b> – meaning you can sit at the piano anytime you get tired, or you can be the most memorable moment of the company\u2019s Christmas party when playing the flute and everyone was surprised – so if you want to reach your potential as an amateur musician<\/b>, the situation is quite different.<\/p>\n

If you feel that now, at this point in your life, you have the opportunity and desire<\/b> to cut into it, then I am absolutely sure that you are not late.<\/p>\n

Think about it, if you just sit down next to the instrument once every week for the next 1 year, or go sing with one of your favorite bands instead of not doing so\u2026 how much more experience you will have next summer than if you missed it now?<\/p>\n

I think playing music is both a stress reliever<\/b> and a community experience<\/b>, but more importantly, it\u2019s also a unique opportunity in terms of spiritual recharge<\/b>. If you have just come to the moment to consider this, I am sure you will find joy in it \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n
