ImPulzus Card
One of the old wishes of the ImPulzus community came true in the spring of 2022, and with this we can even realize a dream of ours:
As a result of four-year of work, for the first time we have a location where we also manage the free capacities of the place, so we can also launch a new project.
We have experienced that one of the biggest problems for young musicians is an always available, affordable and high-quality place to practice.
Of course, it is possible to rent rooms in many locations – however, we were thinking a bit differently:
What if there was a place where
a community could evolve from those who go there?
What if this place was not free just for 1-2 hours, but
it would be available for a longer period?
What if we could guarantee that whoever wants it
(and becomes a member of the team),
could even find an opportunity to practice every day?
And finally:
What if all of this was not just a practice place, but
a meeting point where projects are born and where those who join can even plan common concerts and joint experiences?
The ImPulzus Card was established for this purpose: in the first round we offer connection opportunities for maximum 10 people – among them for young musicians or even amateurs playing by us – those:
– who has no place to practice or does not want everyone at home to listen to their attempts;
– who may not have an instrument at home, but it would be helpful if they could practice for 1-2 hours every week;
– or someone who has an instrument (even because he’s been playing it for about 10 years), but many, many conflicts could be avoided if he didn’t practice most of the time in his apartment.
First, please choose which category you are looking for:
I want to practice - max. two of us are coming
Several of our students asked for some solution so that they could practice with us. In case of smaller instruments that can be brought more easily, it can be an obstacle that many people do not like to listen to their practice, moreover, those who play the piano often do not have an instrument at home.
That’s why we thought that these packages are for you, we provide you with a form with a new approach, which works predictably in the long term:
• ImPulzus MINI 1
Come and practice 1 hour every week, or even an extra 2 hours a month – and now, when the system has just been launched, we offer it with a special discount, for HUF 7,500 for 1 month
• ImPulzus MINI 2
If you want more, come more often, have 2 hours every week, and the offer for another 2 hours is also available if you need a little extra – the monthly fee is HUF 9,500.
• ImPulzus MINI 3
We can provide 4 hours a week by prior arrangement, primarily in the morning hours, but afternoons are also possible if it does not conflict with our classes. In this package, we give an extra 9 hours as a bonus gift, depending on available places, i.e. max. They could come for up to 25 hours per month. The price of the package is HUF 14,500 per month.
• ImPulzus MINI 4
For those who find this still not enough, it is also possible to schedule 8 hours a week, in this case also in the morning hours. So what we guarantee is 32 hours in a month – but there is also a bonus here if you find free capacity in the calendar, max. 45 hours. First, in the months of launch, for HUF 26,500 for one month.
Additional information:
– we always give practice opportunities based on an agreement made for the month in advance.
– the goal is to find fixed times for you, but of course we try to provide a time as flexible as possible according to your needs, depending on the available places;
– if someone does not use the hours ordered for the month, we cannot guarantee them in the future – but if it could not be solved due to some serious obstacle, then we will try to help – feel free to contact Hajnalka Orosz, we will find a solution :)
– the rooms are basically provided for individual use, but it is possible that even two of you can stay inside same time. Please let us know in advance if more people are coming, which is free of charge up to 2 people, but if you work with a larger group, it is also possible for an additional fee of HUF 2,000 per session.
– if you would come with an instrument that we have not yet tested in the spaces in terms of sound insulation, then let’s make arrangements and we will hold a sound test for the first time. If it doesn’t bother our neighbors, we’ll make a deal :)

I would come with a larger group or for teaching purposes
Almost all of us have experienced as university students or music school students that there is not always enough capacity for all of us to work at the same time. This is also why the ImPulzus Community Card project is being launched. If many of you will use it over time, we will try to expand it according to the emerging capacity needs.
You can choose from these packages optimized for chamber ensembles, possibly larger orchestras, or with teaching activities:
• ImPulzus MAXI 1
By prior arrangement, we can provide 1 hour of per week, primarily in the morning hours, but it is possible that you can also come in the free capacities of the afternoons. In this package, as a bonus gift, depending on availability, we give an extra 2 hours for HUF 14,500 per month.
• ImPulzus MAXI 2
By prior arrangement, we can provide 2 hour of per week, primarily in the morning hours, but it is possible that you can also come in the free capacities of the afternoons. In this package, as a bonus gift, depending on availability, we give an extra 2 hours for HUF 24,500 per month.
• ImPulzus MAXI 3
By prior arrangement, we can provide 4 hours a week, primarily in the morning hours, but it is possible that you can also come in the free capacities of the afternoons. In this package, as a bonus gift, we give you an extra 9 hours depending on the available places, so you can come for a maximum of 25 hours per month. The price of the package is HUF 44,500 per month.
• ImPulzus MAXI 4
For those for whom this is still not enough, it is also possible to schedule 8 hours a week, in this case also mostly in the morning hours. So what we guarantee is 32 hours in a month – but there is also a bonus here if you find free capacity in the calendar, so you can come to us for a maximum of 45 hours. In the first months, all this for HUF 84,500 per month.

Booking is possible depending on the availability,
mainly in the period between 9.00 and 14.00.
In this time slot (between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm) we can guarantee that you can come to us every day. Please indicate your intention to book for the later afternoon or evening appointments, and we will discuss with our staff whether we can provide you an opportunity to come.
You can book in two rooms at the same time, so where there are two “busy” signs in a cell, there is a chance that we will not be able to offer you a place at that time. However, we see the background of the reservation, so let us know if you would like to come, if the date is booked we will see what we can do to solve the situation together!

FAQ
How and when do I have to pay?
After your application is submitted, we will contact you to arrange an exact appointment. In parallel with the agreement, we will send an electronic invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer to the account number of the Hangkeltő Foundation. All the required data for the transfer will be found on the invoice.
How long is the card valid for?
For the first time, the ImPulzus Card is valid for one month, and after we get to know each other, you get to know the place and you want to engaged to us for a longer period of time, then we can agree on a longer period of time when extending it.
I haven't received an invoice, who should I contact?
If you have not received an invoice for your application and we have already agreed on a time when you can come to us, please let us know in writing at the email address info@impulzusmusic.com or by calling +36303244842 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., and we will make arrangements!
